Profile:Nicklas Bendtner is a powerful striker who plays for Arsenal. He has gradually established himself in the line-up since his transfer from FC Copenhagen, after brief spells in the reserves and a season out on loan with Birmingham City. Nicklas scored his first Premiership goal against Tottenham Hotspur in the North London derby in December 2007. He has since been handed more games and this term he began in good form before injury led to a spell on the sidelines. The tall and technical gifted striker is a regular for Denmark and currently has 31 full caps, most recently appearing against Hungary in October 2009.
